How to add a GM account:
1. Go to supabase.com → Authentication → Users → Add User
2. Enter the GM email and a temporary password
3. Copy their User ID from the list
4. Click "Add GM Account" below and fill in the form
5. The GM logs in at your platform URL and sees only their property
